All Sales. All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases where pricing errors or fraudulent activity are suspected.

Custom & Personalized Orders. Custom name plate orders are made to order and are final sale — no returns or exchanges. Please double-check your name spelling, font selection, chain style, and length before submitting.

Returns. Non-customized items may be returned within 7 days of receipt in original, unworn condition. Items marked as sale or reduced price are final sale. We do not offer exchanges.

Shipping. Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Custom orders require 2–3 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost in transit.

Payments. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card details.
